Returns & Refunds
Kindly note that all products are handmade to order and may take 1-6 weeks to be made.
As all products are handcrafted leather goods, there may be minor imperfections, so please be aware of this before purchasing.
If you would like to cancel your order, please email me first to see if your order is in the process of being made. Orders which are already in the process of being made cannot be refunded.
Refunds are only possible if the order was received by the customer with a manufacturing defect. Please inform me about any issues and provide photos as confirmation within 14 days after receiving the product. Once I have received back the order, I will check it for defects and a refund will be made if it found to be defective. For a refund to be made, I must receive back the product undamaged, unused, with the labels attached and in its original packaging.
Exchanges are only possible if:
- The customer ordered the wrong size (in which case shipping fees must be paid by customer)
- The order was sent to the customer in the incorrect size and/or colour (in which case shipping fees will be paid by me)
- The product is returned undamaged, unused, with the labels attached and in its original packaging
Please note that for hygiene reasons leather thongs cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
